True Path Equity
Private Equity, Led with Authenticity

Every business has a unique path - forged by its founders and capable of stretching far into the future.

Although companies can be built and funded in countless ways, we believe each has its own "true path" - one that maximizes potential through authentic growth initiatives and thoughtful capitalization. Balancing today’s profitability with tomorrow’s investment is a dynamic challenge, unique to every stage of a company’s journey.

At True Path Equity, our partners bring over 30 years of growth and private equity experience. Time has shown us that no two paths are alike, and that there is no single playbook.

Our promise is to be trusted, ambitious, and responsible partners by investing the time and energy to deeply understand the nuances of every business we back. We seek to partner with entrepreneurs who believe their greatest chapters still lie ahead, even after all they have accomplished.

Our Focus

We invest in, or acquire, B2B technology and services companies with a track record of profitability, growth, and a strong recurring revenue base. Our check sizes and ownership stakes are flexible, allowing us to cater our investments to the needs of companies we partner with; generally speaking, we look to invest $15M - $60M of equity. We are a growth-oriented firm, seeking to generate our returns through business & margin expansion, thoughtful add-on acquisitions (if relevant), and patience, rather than leverage.
